This blog is dedicated to my art..I was inspired by my lovely husband to start this blog. You will see most of the pencil shading- some with colors also. Please appreciate my work, that keep me going...:)
Very creative displaying the immense talent you've got! This is very nicely done and framed!
I've posted a new picture of which I can't figure out the title... thought, may be I should take help of my friends... do check it out... - Pixellicious Photos
Hi Megha, I am glad you liked my painting. Anyways to me your drawings look very folkish. There is a lot of earthiness in them and in general they are of story telling type. Why dont you pick up folk stories and draw images from the?? India is full of folklore which is fading away very fast. I think in one way you'll be preserving them through your scketches too.
Megha, I love your drawings, colored or just white and black! Thank you very much for passing me "The Kreativ Blogger Award", I am overwhelmed! I will post it soon on my blog.
...This is a very clean / sharp drawing and IMHO, has more than appears to meet the eye.. I like how you have emphasized the drawing on the viewers right side with a heavier line. This technique helps to project this area as being closer to the viewer or more three dimensional on a two dimensional plane. It apppears to have "more detail". The thinner 'lines' on the left side being lighter in value (than the thick lines) help to throw that area into the background as in a painting with lighter colours. (values) ... Good thinking ! :~)
This is a very expressive drawing - you can almost hear the music, it's magical, like something out of a story book! And like a storybook it has great lines (get it?) :)
thanks megha, for stopping by my blog... glad iwasable to find my here to view your painting and skecthing... will be back again, when i have more time to sit and enjoy..
